I am happy to share with you that we just released our second paper in the Beethoven Life project. The preprint manuscript has been deposited in the Chemrxiv server while it undergoes peer review. In the manuscript, we joined kinetic experiments and QM:MM modeling to explain how 'radical' is being transferred in Glycyl Radical Enzymes between glycyl radical and cysteine that is in direct contact with substrates bound to the active site.
